Damages caused by improper storage, including exposure to moisture or leaving items in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Defects caused by using an unsuitable base or foundation that does not adequately support the furniture.
Products still in their original protective packaging that have not been fully unpacked or set up.
Depreciation Policy:
The value of furniture decreases over time. In the case of a warranty claim, the value is determined using a depreciation factor based on the product's age and the original warranty period.
Depreciation Calculation Formula:
Depreciation Percentage = [(Number of Days Since Purchase) / (Warranty Period in Days)] * 100
For example, if your product is 1,000 days old and the warranty period is 3,650 days, the depreciation percentage would be (1,000 / 3,650) * 100.
Disclaimer: Depreciation is calculated from the date of purchase to the date the warranty claim is issued.
