Terms of Service

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
  2. Reproduction or exploitation of Diamond Home products or services is strictly prohibited.
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  4. Fabric colors, wood finishes, and textures may vary slightly due to screen differences, despite our efforts to display them accurately.
  5. Any misconduct, abusive language, or misuse of our services will result in refusal of service and may lead to legal action.
  6. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from third-party websites or external transactions.
  7. Inappropriate comments—including unlawful, offensive, or obscene content—will be removed without notice.
  8. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information with non-affiliated companies.

 

Damages, Returns, and Issues

  1. All furniture is thoroughly inspected and unpacked by our team to ensure safe delivery.
  2. Any damages must be reported immediately upon delivery. Once the delivery team has left, Diamond Home is not liable for any reported damage.
  3. Please verify that furniture dimensions fit through your doors, staircases, and entryways before placing an order. Product dimensions are available on our website and invoices.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: Notify us immediately upon receipt so we can address the issue.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
  • Cancellations are not possible once an item has been shipped.
  • Special Returns (if approved):
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • A traceable shipping method must be used.
    • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 10 days.

Wooden Products

Please note: Natural wood may show changes in appearance over time due to humidity or climate variations. These natural changes are not considered defects and add to the unique character of the product.

 

General Terms

  1. Orders are processed the next working day after payment is received, according to the agreed payment schedule.
  2. Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, fog, or other natural events. Clients will be informed in advance of any such delays.

 

Payment Policies

  1. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
  2. Timely payments are essential to maintain delivery timelines. Delayed payments will lead to delays in processing and delivery.

 

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Lahore: 4 working days
  • Outside Lahore: 7 working days
  • Custom Residential/Commercial Projects: Delivery time ranges from 1.5 to 2 months, depending on project size and quantity.

 

International Deliveries

  • Timelines are determined based on the number of products, their volumetric weight, and the destination. These will be discussed directly with the client.

 

International Shipping

  1. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  2. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment. We cannot alter invoice amounts for customs purposes.
  3. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding duties and taxes applicable in your region.

Shipping Policies

  1. In-House Shipping (Outside Lahore)

We provide doorstep delivery with setup included in the delivery charges.

  1. Address Accuracy

Clients must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses. Incorrect information may cause delivery delays or additional charges.

  1. Deliveries Within Lahore
  • Delivery is made to the doorstep only.
  • Assistance with product placement is available upon request at an additional cost.
  • Debris removal is not included in the delivery service.
  1. Residential Deliveries

Please ensure that your items can pass through doors, hallways, and staircases.
If additional manpower is required for delivery, clients must arrange this in advance.

  1. Apartment or Commercial Deliveries

A functional cargo lift must be available. If not, clients are responsible for arranging additional labor to facilitate delivery.
